VIP and packs
What VIP, the packs and the Supply Signal give you, their limits, and how to claim them in game.
The store is there to support the server. It sells time: basic resources, low grade fuel, the game’s real supply signal, comfort and badges, with limits. Purchases are made on the website store and land in your in-game chest (/store, also /boutique), even if you’re offline.
VIP
| VIP | VIP+ | |
|---|---|---|
| Price | €4.99 / month | €9.99 / month |
| Chat badge | [VIP], orange name | [VIP+], gold name |
| Queue priority | Yes | Yes |

| Free Supply Signal | 1 every 7 days | Same |
VIP+ gives exactly the same perks as VIP: only the badge changes, for those who want to support the server more.
VIP comes as a monthly subscription (no commitment, cancel anytime) or as a one-time payment for 30 days. You’re notified in game when it starts and when it ends.
Starter packs
| Pack | Price | Contents | Bonus | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | €2.99 | 250,000 wood, 250,000 stone, 25,000 metal fragments, 5,000 low grade fuel, 3,000 cloth | 1 per wipe | |
| Silver | €5.99 | 500,000 wood, 500,000 stone, 50,000 metal fragments, 10,000 low grade fuel, 5,000 cloth | 1 Supply Signal | 1 per wipe |
| Gold | €9.99 | 1,000,000 wood, 1,000,000 stone, 100,000 metal fragments, 20,000 low grade fuel, 10,000 cloth | 2 Supply Signals | 1 per wipe |
To give you an idea: at x5, wood and stone come fast, but low grade fuel is slow to collect (crude oil from red barrels that you have to refine, or animal fat). The Bronze Pack is worth about 1.5 h of farming, the Silver about 3 h and the Gold about 6 h.
The bonus Supply Signals land in your chest along with the pack, and follow the airdrop rule below. If you buy several packs of the same type, the extra ones wait in your chest for the following wipes. Nothing is lost at wipe.
The Supply Signal
It’s the game’s real supply signal. Throw it wherever you want: a plane flies over and drops a crate, which belongs to your group like any airdrop called in with a signal.
The crate holds the server’s normal airdrop loot, rolled at random just like for a signal found in game: weapons, ammo, armor, resources, components… You’re buying the signal, not specific contents. The full list of possible items, with their odds, is on the Loot and blueprints page.
One airdrop per player every 24 hours at most, purchases and VIP combined; any further Supply Signals wait in your chest.
Price: €1.99 each, or €7.99 for 5.
Claiming a purchase
- Type
/store(also/boutique) in game: the My chest tab shows what you own. - Click Claim. You need to be alive, awake, and have at least one free slot.
- Tip: look at one of your boxes before opening the store. The pack goes straight into it (a large box holds 48 stacks), then the rest goes into your inventory. It works with any box you can open yourself.
- What doesn’t fit waits for you: empty the box or your inventory, then click Continue. With a large box in front of you and an empty inventory, the Gold Pack takes three goes.
- VIP rations and the VIP Supply Signal are claimed from the same window.
What is never sold directly
Weapons, armor, ammo, explosives, tools, meds, components, scrap, HQ metal, sulfur, gunpowder, diesel, blueprints, gather or craft boosts. A safeguard built into the store refuses anything that isn’t a basic resource or food, apart from the supply signal, and DLC items are always refused. An airdrop, on the other hand, can contain weapons or scrap, like any airdrop in the game.
Payment, subscription and refund details are in the store terms.
